Ideation

Our guidelines for this project led us to arrive at the top row of main ideas for an investigative experience rehearsal. We branched out into popular apps so that we could begin looking into the interface and experience. We ideated apps with prioritized service interactions and a journey with several touchpoints

At the bottom of our ideation board, we included other existing service ideas that were technology-based as well.

We chose to expand the finance group and picked Venmo as our service to act out. We specifically followed the journey of the mobile phone app.

  • We used these props printed onto paper during our video to communicate what was happening in the app visually.
